Summary: Go To Breakpoint/Bookmark in Yet Unseen Document

Initial Comment:
If the "Go to" feature is used for a breakpoint or a
bookmark, and that region is in a document that hasn't
been seen yet, the cursor jumps to the beginning of the
document, not to the actual beginning of the region.
After the user has switched to a document once, "Go to"
works correctly.
