Summary: Project Properties dialog too small

Initial Comment:
The Project Properties dialog is too small on my system.  I can only see 
the "Apply", "Cancel", and "OK" if I resize the dialog, and the new size 
doesn't seem to be sticky -- when I come back, it's too small again.
