Summary: Undo/Redo Menu Items Not Enabled Properly

Initial Comment:
When switching back and forth between (a not detached) interactions pane and definitions pane, the Undo/Redo menu items aren't enabled/disabled properly. The Undo/Redo toolbar buttons are enabled/disabled properly.

Also, the keyboard shortcuts seem to be enabled when Undo/Redo is possible in the definitions pane, even when the focus is in the interactions pane. This causes CannotUndoExceptions, because an Undo is attempted when it is possible in the definitions pane but impossible in the interactions pane.
