Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a project, compile it.
2. Select Project->Create Jar File from Project
3. "Jar classes" is selected by default. Additionally
select "Jar source files" (both are selected)
4. Enter a filename and click OK.
5. jar -tf JARFILE.JAR, where JARFILE.JAR is the
filename from step 4.

Problem:
You only have the source files, although JARs are
perfectly capable of including both compiled and source
files. The user selected both, so let's give 'em both.
