Summary: Auto-load interactions history

Initial Comment:
It would be nice if there were somewhere in Preferences
to specify an Interactions history that would
automatically be loaded into the interactions pane upon
starting DrJava. This would add to the convenience of
the interactions pane, allowing the user to have a
package statement or a few import statements (like
java.util.* or static import of java.lang.Math) already
interpreted when DrJava starts.
