Summary: Empty "cannot be found" Dialog Opens Constantly

Initial Comment:
An empty "cannot be found" dialog opens very often and 
has to be acknowledged by clicking "Ok". This happens 
multiple times during application launch, multiple times 
when accessing the preferences, and once every time a 
directory is changed in a file dialog.

See attached screenshot.

Maybe my configuration is incomplete. I have j2sdk1.5 
beta 2 and the runtime installed. All other Java 
applications work, though, without this problem.
