Summary: Versions of project files 

Initial Comment:
A user makes a new project, saves it, closes DrJava and 
downloads a new version ... just to find that the new 
version of DrJava cannot open his/her project file, 
because of change in the format of the project file.

If a "version" field is added to the Project Properties, 
which may be hidden from the user, it would help solve 
that problem so that newer versions of DrJava could 
open project files saved in earlier versions of DrJava.
