[DrJava] Eclipse, 1.3 Support

Hello again,

Since many of the new features in the recent stable release are related 
to the interactions pane, it would be nice to have a new build of the 
Eclipse plugin that takes advantage of the improvements.  Could someone 
on the team make a new release?

Also, I've discovered that the latest CVS of our modified DynamicJava 
contains 1.5-style wildcard types.  Are we officially discontinuing 
J2SE 1.3 support, or is there some way to compile with a recent JSR-14 
version and still support 1.3?
