Initial Comment:
In drjava-20030812-2156:
 - Save an interactions history
 - Load it as a script
 - Click Next
 - Click Next
 - Click Prev

The second entry in the script is shown, not the first.
 This is true in general-- clicking next or prev when
changing directions will always repeat an entry.  This
is true even if Execute is clicked.

Also, should Prev become enabled when first clicking
Next?  There's still no real previous entry.  Perhaps
it should clear the interaction?
