Summary: DrJava Freezing After File Open

Initial Comment:
I try to open a file and after FileChooser is closed,
the application hangs.

Also, when the application is first launched, an error
message appears:

The interations window was terminated by a call to
System.exit(3)

Does this message have anything to do with the freezing
of the application.

I am running the code base on a linux machine using JDK
1.4.1.  I any updated this morning.
