Summary: JSR-14 v2.0 Support

Initial Comment:
Sun has just released JSR-14 v2.0, and JSR-14 v1.3 is
no longer available from their Early Access web site.

We need to update DrJava to support this new version,
which includes not only updates to generics (including
experimental support for covariant subtyping), but new
language features like type enumerations, autoboxing,
static imports, and enhanced for loops.
