Initial Comment:
In the new interactive debugger, the user can access
fields and methods of a class by using "this.x" or
"this.foo()".  However, fields or methods of an outer
class are currently inaccessible.  (eg. "Foo.this.x"
doesn't work)

This is likely a result of the trick we are using to
interpret "this" in DynamicJava.  (We're simply
treating it as a variable we can redefine.)  We'll
probably have to use a more thorough approach to
actually define a "this" entity within the interpreter.
