[DrJava] Large refactoring committed

Hey--
  I've just committed the rest of the refactoring necessary for the
Eclipse port of the Interactions Pane.  If you have local changes to
commit (and were waiting for the stable release), just be aware of any
conflicts that might arise.  The majority of my changes were in the repl
package (creating an InteractionsModel), but there are a few scattered
changes as well.

  If you run into any conflicts that you're not sure about after running
"ant update" in both util and drjava, let me know and I'll be happy to
walk you through them.
