Summary: Unexpected Open behavior from Cancel button.

Initial Comment:
On OS X, a user opens a file normally.  The user then
enters the open dialog, selects a file, then realizes
that the file they want was actually already open, then
clicks the red cancel button in the upper left.

Instead of the box disappearing, the selected file opens.

We've determined this to be an Apple 1.3 JDK bug, so
we'll likely not pursue it.
