Summary: Preferences window initially hidden on Windows XP

Initial Comment:
On Windows XP, with Sun JDK 1.4, start up the 
application and open the Preferences window. It'll open 
behind MainFrame, making it completely hidden.

Then close and reopen it. It will appear in front of 
MainFrame like it should.
