[DrJava] check out the latest OS X dev release

To all OS X users:

Check out the new development release that Charlie put up for us last 
night. For the first time ever, you can download the OS X app (as 
opposed to the jar) and start it up like any other OS X app, but still 
get JSR-14 compiler support! It's a very happy day.

BTW, In addition to all of the obvious benefits of using the OS X app 
(more descriptive dock icon, prettier start up, better menu names), we 
generic Java programmers can finally take advantage of all the hard 
work Peter has done to make DrJava a "first-class" OS X app, with 
Preferences in the right place, etc. Nice job, guys!
