Summary: More Keyboard Shortcuts

Initial Comment:
Many commands in the DrJava menus do not have shortcuts and cannot be configured to have them.  All command should be able to have manually-configured shortcuts, even if they don't have any by default.  I've listed some suggestions for defaults for some commands, organized by menu.  I've used the Mac convention of cmd and opt - other platforms would use ctrl and alt instead.

Save All: cmd-opt-S
Close All: cmd-opt-W

Redo: cmd-shift-Z (instead of cmd-R)
Preferences: cmd-;

Test Using JUnit: cmd-T
Reset Interactions: cmd-R
