Summary: Contextual Menus Everywhere

Initial Comment:
DrJava is currently inconsistent in its use of contextual menus.  They appear in the definitions pane, the JUnit pane, and perhaps other places, but they are missing from the document pane and most other locations.  DrJava should provide feedback for an attempt to bring up a context menu in all circumstances, even if it only builds a completely disabled menu.  Ideally, it should have something useful to offer in all locations.  This would increase user confidence that there is consistent support for this feature, and will encourage users to use them throughout the application.
