Summary: Selection Lost With Ctrl-Click on OS X

Initial Comment:
On OS X, select a bunch of text in the definitions window.  Use a multi-button mouse to right-click and bring up the context menu.  The selection is preserved.  Now try using a Ctrl-click for the same action.  This time, the selection is removed.  In fact, you can create a new selection even while the context menu is being displayed.  I don't know yet if this is an OS bug or if it belongs to us.
