Initial Comment:
Open DrJava.  Hit the Compile All button.  Result:

1 error found:
Error: java.lang.NullPointerException(no associated file)

Yet another reason why a new document is NOT THE SAME as an already-saved document!  A fix for the already-reported saving-new-documents bug should also fix this automatically.
