Summary: moved file dialog default

Initial Comment:
I moved one of the files I had open for editing.
When I tried to save it, DrJava recognized it wasn't there 
and asked me if I wanted to save it anyway in its old 
location. That was nice, but the default file name in the 
save dialog was wrong.
