Summary: paren highlighting

Initial Comment:
If you're after two closes in a row, with the 
corresponding region highlighted, and you delete the 
second close, the region of the close now before the 
cursor should be highlighted and isn't. (You get larger 
regions as you type successive closes; you should get 
smaller ones as you delete them.)

Also, if you turn the highlight source check box off, 
paren region highlighting often does not work on the line 
that was highlighted last.
