Summary: Moving or deleting files causes errors

Initial Comment:
If the file of an open document is moved or deleted on
disk, DrJava doesn't handle it very well.  Clicking on
Compile All or Compile Current causes either exceptions
to be thrown or the user interface to hang.  Other
features involving files might cause similar problems.
