[DrJava] Beta Release

drjava-beta-20020804 has now been released!  This version is in 
preparation for the next stable release, and includes all the new 
features from the recent development releases, such as the debugger, 
preferences window, and online help.  Please test it out and report any 
new bugs this week-- we'll also be fixing any problems we find during 
this week's TeachJava conference.

After the upcoming stable release, our tenative plans include supporting 
JSR14 v1.2 (so people outside Rice can actually compile DrJava again), 
moving JUnit to the interactions JVM (so tests can be debugged), and 
finally addressing the performance of indent.

Don't forget to sign up to monitor stable release announcements, if you 
haven't already!  (It's in a different project category on Sourceforge.)
