Summary: Does not start in OS/2 since 7/9 release

Initial Comment:
Ever since the 7/9 release (developer), DrJava will not
start under OS/2 (IBM JDK 1.3.1).  The application will
start up, tell me it can't find the compiler (has not
been able to find the compiler for a while) and seems
to hang when 'no' is pressed - with the 7/9 release, it
continues to start up with no compiling capability. 
Note, I have selected the tools.jar with the
appropriate JavaCompiler class, but it still says it
can't find a compiler.
