Initial Comment:
I am running into a problem with drjava, with the versions 
drjava-stable-20020703-1520 and drjava-20020709-0226, 
but not with drjava-beta-20020619-0308

The problem occurs in w2k, version5 (Build 2195: 
Service Pack 2), ONLY when Novell Client (4.83)  is 
running, using either jdk1.3 or j2sdk1.4.01.  It does not 
occur when the client is not used (but unfortunately our 
labs use Novell).

The problem does not occur with Win NT, Version 4, 
Service pack 6, running Novell Client (4.60) with either 
java version.

The problem is that as soon as anything is compiled, or 
the interactions window is reset, the following message 
keeps on appearing, and drjava can no longer be used.

"The interactions window was terminated by a call to 
System.exit(-1).  The interactions window will now be 
restarted."
