[DrJava] DrJava Stable Release

The first stable release of DrJava, drjava-stable-20020703-1520, has 
been released!  This serves as a milestone that can be used by all users 
as we continue to add features to the development releases.

This release also contains the first round of user documentation, which 
will be improved as the summer continues.  Feel free to email me with 
any suggestions.
