Summary: interactions with threads

Initial Comment:
A compile or any other operation that resets the 
interactions window should kill all threads that were 
created earlier via the interactions window (or test 
button). When students start using threads this is very 
important, or DrJava's performance degrades from 
background threads w/o any clue what is happening. I 
suppose old threads might also be contributing output 
to the console and interactions windows.
