[DrJava] "news" items for front page

In case anyone wonders, here's how to submit a news item to go on the
front page of the web site. (BTW, don't do this for every release, just
sometimes, particularly when big things happen.)

1) Click "news" from the project page, and submit the item.
2) ssh into drjava.sf.net
3) run: /home/groups/d/dr/drjava/bin/update-news

(3) can be omitted, in which case it'll auto-update within an hour or so.
(I have a cron job on SF to do it.)
