I do.  The third paragraph, wherein DrJ is mentioned, is roughly to the 
effect of...,

"DrJava is--like RealJ--a programming environment (in English, IDE, or 
Integrated Development Environment).  It allows you to program in Java 
freely and in a very simple manner.  We refer you now to the document 
concerning DrJava that has also been given to you.  It will acquaint you 
with the IDE."

And yes, I'd expect they'd be glad to help us translate.
