[DrJava] JDK 1.4 is on Owlnet

In fact, it's the default now if you use the standard environment I set
up.

Thus far I have successfully seen tests pass on Linux 1.4 (my PC) and
Solaris 1.4 (jungle.owlnet). This is not surprising since it's almost the
same code as 1.4-rc was. :)
