Summary: Disabled Scrollbars

Initial Comment:
Opening a new file seems to "deactivate" the scrollbars of previous windows, i.e. the scrollbar is displayed and updated, but it is "greyed out" and doesn't respond to user clicks.  This behavior has been confirmed on MacOS X 10.1.2 using the Aqua L&F.  Other platforms haven't been tested yet.
