Summary: Disable ConcJUnit Without Clearing Path

Initial Comment:
Currently the only way to disable ConcJUnit (or the rt.jar file necessary for Lucky warnings) is to clear the path in the Preferences. This is inconvenient.

Add two checkboxes to enable/disable ConcJUnit and the rt.jar file without changing the path.
