Category: UI: MacOS X-specific Group: 1: Would be nice if fixed ... Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 2 Private: No Submitted By: Dan Smith (dlsmith) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Apple menu items broken in Leopard Initial Comment: A bug I've noticed and haven't been able to figure out: in OS X 10.5, when DrJava is the active application, I can't launch "System Preferences" and "Software Update" from the Apple menu. These apps will attempt to open and immediately crash. I don't see this behavior when launching the apps in any other way, including from the Apple menu of NetBeans or a simple Java app built in XCode. The log messages from the crashing app: 3/5/08 10:04:09 AM System Preferences[16234] No Info.plist file in application bundle or no NSPrincipalClass in the Info.plist file, exiting 3/5/08 10:04:09 AM com.apple.launchd[108] ([0x0-0x4e24e2].com.apple.systempreferences[16234]) Exited with exit code: 1 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=438935&aid=1908115&group_id=44253 |
