This is a bug that we had relating to non-English locales, which is
now fixed in the drjava-20020906-2148 development release. You can
download it from the following link:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=44253&release_id=109373
(The correct version should be highlighted in red.)
