Summary: Persistent Compiler Preference

Currently, DrJava selects the compiler it considers the "newest" when it starts (sorted by major version, ties broken by maintenance, update, then release type [stable > release candidate, beta, early access], then vendor [sun > apple > openjdk > unrecognized], with the exception that Mint compilers always come last).
If someone prefers to always work with the Java 5 compiler, or always with the Mint compiler, the user has to switch compilers every time DrJava starts. We should add a "Preferred compiler" setting in the Preferences dialog.
