DrJava's built in JAR utility works well, but if there was some way for the user to add items to the JAR's manifest file upon creation it would prevent the need to edit the Manifest file manually every time a JAR is created.
Specifically, the inclusion of the "Project Classpath" from the project properties in the JAR Manifest file would be a useful feature.
The support for a separate "Project Classpath" and then not including those classpath elements in the Manifest file could actually be seen as a bug - a project may work within DrJava, but fails after generating a JAR file since the classpath has implicitly changed.
