With all the spare time you all have, you may want to work on:
0) faster/smoother start-up
1) pull-up console tab after "main" execution
2) folding code in edit screen
3) UML/class-relation visualization (like in BlueJ)
4) animated code execution (like in JElliot)
5) drag-n-drop files
6) switch to multiple languages (C++, HTML, Python...)
(I can dream, can't I?)
I think these additions would nicely augment your product without diminishing the simplicity/clarity you've achieved.
Otherwise, I love your product! It's got all the simplicity of BlueJ without being so ideologically "objects-first". Very functional!
