Summary: End-of-line not detected properly
Initial Comment:
The attached project contains some file with odd end-of-line markers (i.e., \r\n\r\r\n). These do not seem to be standardized at all, causing all sorts of problems in DrJava, like messing up the indenter and the one in SF bug #1679178.
At the very least, it seems to me, files that we write to disk should have consistent line endings, even if we have to do some conversion.
