Summary: "Run Project" and "Test Project" Buttons Not Disabled
Initial Comment:
If the "Run Project" or "Test Project" buttons are
displayed and the interactions pane is reset, they do
not get disabled; the non-project "Run" and "Test"
buttons do get disabled.
Additionally, the "Run" button is changed to a "Run
Project" button when a project is opened, even if no
main class is set and the button should remain a "Run"
button.
