Summary: Don't prompt to close empty "untitled"
Initial Comment:
I often create a new (untitled) document, start to type, change my mind
and erase what I've typed, and then close the document. In these cases,
I'm prompted to save my "changes". There's no need to prompt me, as
it's obvious there is nothing useful in the document to save.
This is part of a more general problem of recognizing when the current
edited text is identical to the saved file. We handle it well when the
original file state is restored via "undo." I'm not sure it's reasonable to
expect the editor to recognize the match when arbitrary edits have
occurred. But in the special case of an unsaved, empty document, the
problem is trivial.
