Summary: Allow "end of file" in System.in input
Initial Comment:
A user has requested some facility for entering "end of file" in the
System.in input dialog. A lot of file-processing programs loop until they
read an end-of-file, and these are easily adapted to reading input directly
from the user if there's a way to enter the end-of-file when prompted.
(javacc parsers fall into this category.)
Currently, we allow newlines to be entered with "Shift-Enter". Something
similar might be added for newlines. (Unix shells convert "Ctrl-D" to an
end-of-file.)
