Summary: UnexpectedExceptions stuck in slave JVM
Initial Comment:
We'd like to throw an UnexpectedException in the DynamicJava adapter
class, but that exception doesn't get passed to the main JVM and pop up
the intended dialog. Instead, a message prints in the interactions pane.
