Summary: "Apply" Buttons Should Be Disabled If No Change
Initial Comment:
The "Apply" button in all dialogs of DrJava
(Preferences and Project Properties) should be disabled
if no values have been changed.
The "Apply" button is only enabled once a change is
being made.
