Summary: Date parsing fails
Initial Comment:
If you create a new project in one locale (eg. de_DE),
and later on open this project in another locale (eg.
en_US), this fails with following error: "... Parse
error: Unparseable date ...". It may be a better
solution to store an independent date format within the
project file.
