Summary: block highlighting only at end of block, not at beginning
Initial Comment:
If I put the cursor at the brace at the end of a block,
the block is highlighted, but a block is not highlighted if I
put the cursoor at the opening brace. Kind of defeats
the process if I have to find the end of the block to get
the block highlighted!
