Summary: Run Main Method doesn't wait for reset
Initial Comment:
The new "Run Document's Main Method" feature doesn't
wait until after the Interactions Pane finishes
resetting before interpreting the "java Classname"
command. Depending on the speed of the machine, this
means that the main method will start to run before the
Interactions Pane is reset, and it will be interrupted
when the reset occurs. This is very important to fix.
