Summary: Jump to line from debugger stack trace

Story:
User reaches a breakpoint in the debugger, and the
stack trace is displayed in a table. The user double
clicks on a row in the stack trace, and the
corresponding line in the correct document is displayed.
Implementation notes:
Most of the logic is already in place for this. It
just needs the correct calls from the UI component.
