Summary: "Save As..." Lingering Filenames

Story:
A user executes the "Save As..." command to save a new copy of an open file. He then does the same thing with another file. The dialog still displays the filename used by the previous save command.
Note: The "Save As..." command should always populate the filename and directory for the dialog with the path of the current document. If the current document has never been saved, the path should be the same as the last command (or the working directory set in the user's config, if none has occurred yet), and the filename should be blank.
