Summary: autoscroll to bottom of interactions
Initial Comment:
It would be best if the interactions window automatically
scrolled to the bottom when there is output to the
window, at least unless the user has deliberately
scrolled away from the bottom. A number other
environments work this way.
As it is, it is possible to not notice standard or error
output in the window, and you don't get a feel for the
real-time rate of output production.
